This class provides a supportive environment to explore the essence of Vinyasa yoga. Guided through a creative + intuitive yoga sequence, you will continue to develop a strong foundation, learn proper alignment, gain body awareness + cultivate a sense of mindfulness

Power Flow

In our most challenging yoga class, our teachers will guide you to flow powerfully from one pose to another while connecting your breath to each movement.

Vinyasa Flow

Flow as a community

Linking the breath with each movement, we create a sequence of poses that flows seamlessly together. This practice of yoga creates a steady rhythm that allows the class to flow together as one.
