Dennis is back with something new today! Along with his meditation class, he also teaches Tai Chi at Climb Bentonville. Since we can’t gather together for the class, he’s bringing the class to us at home! Tai Chi is a form of martial arts that is driven by actions such as blocks, counter blocks, steps and punches, dating back over 800 years. A big part of progressing with climbing is figuring out how to flow through sequences of movements. We can’t climb right now, but we can still practice our movements through Tai Chi.
