Finger tendon rehabilitation is an important and sometimes overlooked part of training for Climbing. Sam is back this week to follow up on his hangboard routine with some information about how fingers work in climbing and general tendon health. A large part of his work as a Youth Team coach is centered around making sure athletes develop properly. He covers different types of finger injuries and ways you can recover. While the gyms and crags are closed, it’s a good time to rehab those tendons and make sure they are ready to go when the quarantine is over!
