PYRAMID STRUCTURE (1,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) | 1 MINUTE EACH EXERCISE
Round 1:
1. Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
2. Plank with Hip Extension Raises
3. Book Front Raises – Shoulder Adduction and Flexion
4. Squat Pulses
5. Dead Bugs with Weight
Round 2:
1. Side Shuffle (add band if available)
2. Inchworm with Push Up
3. Single Leg V-Ups
4. Push Press/Overhead Press
5. Half Side Plank with Shoulder External Rotation (Split the Minute)
Round 3:
1. Burpee (no push up)
2. Text Book Pinch Farmers Carry
3. Plank -> Side Plank with Book
4. Single Leg Romanian Dead Lift
5. Jump Squats
